We are market leaders in retailing Christmas Eve Boxes and hope that our website will influence you to make your purchase with us in confidence. Of course, sometimes things do go wrong, but we hope that you will contact us directly to allow us the opportunity to find a solution.

It is our aim to ensure that you are always delighted with our goods but we understand that there are occasions when you might want to make a return. If this is the case then please contact us via email prior to returning goods. Don’t forget to include your full name, address and contact number.

Goods must be returned within 14 days of receipt to qualify for a refund. You will be issued with a credit note for any goods returned after this time. Please ensure all items are wrapped securely and we recommend that you use registered delivery as proof of return. Christmas Eve Box Shop will not refund the cost of postage to return the goods. We also cannot accept liability for any goods lost or damaged in transit.

Refunds will be made within 30 days of receipt of the goods back to Christmas Eve Box Shop. We cannot be responsible for any interest charges made by your credit card company whilst waiting for returns to refunded to your card.
