Delivery

  • We generally use Royal Mail Standard Service for deliveries and you will have a choice of first or second class postage during the checkout process
  • Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and the delivery method. To find out how much your order will cost, simple add the items you would like to purchase to your cart, and proceed to the checkout page. Once at the checkout screen, shipping charges will be displayed with a choice of first or second class delivery. Additional shipping charges may apply to European/International customers. Please contact us prior to placing an order via email admin@christmaseveboxshop.co.uk to confirm delivery costs
  • Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfil orders within 2 business days from receipt of your paid order dependent on stock availability. (Business day means Monday to Friday, except holidays). All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you to confirm when the goods will be available for delivery. Alternatively, if this is required, we will refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment
  • Delivery will be made to the address of the registered debit/credit card holder used to place the order. We also accept orders from European/International customers but we advise that we are contacted via email admin@christmaseveboxshop.co.uk to confirm delivery costs prior to placing an order
  • You can provide special delivery instructions on the check-out page of our website
  • Although we ensure that all our goods are sufficiently packaged there can be at times damage during transport. If there is any damage to the packaging on delivery, contact us immediately at admin@christmaseveboxshop.co.uk and we will endeavour to find a solution to the problem
